Vitamin-C going mainstream

Coronavirus kills by sepsis.
Intravenous Vitamin C and B is a new treatment for sepsis.
2017 a well-known physician asserted that he was saving the lives of most of his patients with sepsis by intravenous vitamin C.
if it works it would save millions of lives.

Mercola sells Liposomal Vitamin C, and has an article at:

Each has its own function in helping protect your cells from free radical damage, recommend from as many sources as possible.

I would go further and try to get vitamins in their natural food sources.
Each plant contains thousands of chemicals in exactly the proportions needed by your genetics.
No way to reverse engineer plants in any pill or powder.
You must consume the plant itself in a traditional manner.
Any processing of the plant will damage or destroy vital chemicals.
You may need to cook the plant to kill bacteria and break down cell walls so you can digest the nutrients in the cells.
Humanoids have been gathering food in the sun for millions of years,
and cooking some of that food (fire scares away lions) in tipis, tents.
Plant fiber deficiency is the main deprivation of the standard junk food modern diet

Raisins, prunes, carrots, tomatoes, fruits, nuts... easy to cook or eat raw.

There are zillions of complicated chemical reactions in the human body going on all the time.
Takes more than a bachelors degree in biochemistry to get a superficial overview of those chemical reactions.
You can find huge pdfs on the internet with colorful flowcharts of some of these chemical reactions.

I have used Vitamin C since 1970 off and on,
usually 500 mg pills.
1000 too strong, I can feel it.
Powdered Vitamin C is better as I can adjust the dose to match needs.
Harder exercise, stress increases need for Vitamin C.
