Inflation? Stimulus Checks to $2,000

You will not see inflation - Reagan Volcker cured inflation 1980.

$2,000 is a drop in the bucket.
Rothschilds are stealing $10,000 per month from you.
Funnel that money to Communist China using banking derivatives.

Sheeple may get $600 or $2,000.
But China will get most of that back.
Sheeple will buy bigger TV from China,
drugs from China,
toys from China,
car parts from China,
furniture from China,

Lies but plans laid out.
1980 China was 3rd world farm with no roads.
40 years later China is rich manufacturer, the biggest polluter,…
USA transformed into a plantation a toxic dump
to feed pork to China.
USA a jail for sick dumbed down negroes, white trash, brown slaves, organ donors, addicts, ball players, singers, movie stars, TV watchers…

Ruled over by the rich 1% who inflated themselves.

Deflation, destruction, death for the poor 99%,

Overeating a huge problem, leading cause of death,….
still fake news claim "food insecurity" when on TV fat slobs in big fat vehicles lined up at food banks getting free food, big boxes of food with more cardboard than normal grocery stores.

What a joke.

No way comparable to German hyperinflation starvation.

Nashville Reason for Bombing

Got this from a FB friend...

AT&T got a contract to do forensic audit on Dominion voting machines and those machines were being moved to Nashville this past week.

The former owner of the AT&T building in Nashville, William Kennard, is a board member for Cerberus Capital Management and AT&T….

He also was Bill Clinton's FCC chair, and Obama's Ambassador to the EU.

Dominion voting is owned by Cerberus Capital Management.... Cerberus is run by Staple Street Execs. Joe Bidens Brother in Law, Steven Owens, is the cofounder of Staple Street Execs along with William Kennard (mentioned above).

Super Computer in TN was connected to the AT&T internet in NASHVILLE.... yesterday evening the Cumberland river cooling system was compromised due to internet outage and Supercomputer fried.....

If you don't know, "Kraken" is a reference to a supercomputer former prosecuter, Sidney Powell, has been talking about.

So, the explosion "just happened" to be at the AT&T location where they

"just so happen" to control the cooling system for the super computer

and house the dominion voting machines and drives for forensic audit...

Does it make sense now why no lives were lost?

Does it make sense now why the FBI task lead couldn't even put together a coherent sentence in the press conference yesterday?

Does it make sense why the mayor was making light of the situation, almost laughing yesterday?

*Still think we are all crazy?

• COVID-19 Models Plot Dire Scenarios For California Hospitals – ABC NEWS

San Jose Mercury News

Sounds terrible.

Why all the cases and deaths in California?

CALIFORNIA: Cases last 7 days 273,127 (Dec. 18, 2020)

Here's why.

Immigrants from Mexico are coming to the border and calling for an ambulance to get them into hospital emergency rooms.

They are letting illegals fill the hospitals and ICUs and then calling it an all-time high epidemic.

The State created a new "patient transfer system" that has flooded hospitals.

Some border hospitals in California are having to fly patients to surrounding facilities because their ICU beds are full.

This influx of immigrants in need of COVID-care has been going on since May.

vision preservation, long life online research. Carle Illinois College of Medicine

I now have more than 50 years of full time computer experience and have returned to printing out almost everything as I did prior to 2010 when I started using screens more.

My teenage vision is returning as I use screens less and paper more.
I rarely wear prescription lenses now.
I walk 20-30 hours per day outdoors or looking out windows.
I thought I was going blind 7 years ago after 1 year intense reading on Apple retina display reading hours per day tiny ipod touch 4 retina display.
Eyes craved sun, I had to go outside in bright sun no sunglasses.
Red wavelengths from the sun are an anti-oxidant for the retina.
Blue wavelengths from electronics are a pro-oxident destroys the retina over time.

Printed pages almost always are readable in standard size.
Computer screens almost always need resizing, or too faded, or jiggly,...

100 dots per inch is the best you can hope for on a computer,
usually closer to 10 on bloatware browsers designed by idiots.

1000 dots per inch on a cheap laser printer.

10000 dots per inch for quality books, steel typewriters….

Trillions of dots per inch for Kodak black/white photographs.

I get the pdf of online articles and print them out on my 10 year old laser printer $100 at Walmart...
Toner is cheap - $15 per cartridge
Paper is cheap

Printed papers and books is almost always readable, no ads, no popups, no spying, no music, no videos...

Difficult math and science articles and books can take months to understand,
so you don't need much paper.

For skimming and staying current go the library.
Library is 100 times faster than anything online.
Print out the online paper for what you cannot check out or just read in the library.

There is a huge amount of tracking every activity you do online, infuriating.

One way I can fight is by real paper, library browsing, thinking, turning off the electronics,...

Since the 1980s, the
Microsoft Windows operating system has set the default display "DPI" to 72 PPI,
while Apple/Macintosh computers have used a default of 96 PPI

I like reading on a computer screen because I can make the text as large and bright as I want.

I can search through research articles on PubMed quickly and find what I want. The abstracts are always available and maybe 30% of the time the entire article is free.

I think the greatest source of disinformation is the 'news' spread on social media. There are no standards for what someone will post or forward. I only go on Facebook a couple of times a month.

My 5 day water fast was competed Friday. I dropped 8 lbs. It took about 36 hours after the fast to come back up to my normal energy level.

learn how to make your body survive.

You need access to hundreds of laboratory devices to study your own body.
And a lot of classes and classmates and teachers
to teach you how to use the machines
and understand the measurements.

All doctors learned from
real paper text books and journals
and real people in-person classes.
Constant verbal interactions with students, doctors, and patients.
Same for all professions, for thousands of years.

The reading of scientific articles is harder,
requires more machines and more books and journals.
You cannot understand any particular article without the context and a detailed knowledge of the field.

Most articles are hidden behind paywalls,
but can be found on paper in the libraries.
Easier to just study in the library instead of printing out pdfs at home.
Can flip thru 100 articles in a few hours per day to find the best article on a subject.
Online is extremely show and invested with communists, ads, spyware, hackers,…

I think that I can get a broader exposure to medical research from around the world by using the internet and staying independent.

Here is a research article about a new drug that reverses brain damage and dementia that I read yesterday:

Small molecule cognitive enhancer reverses age-related memory decline in mice

With increased life expectancy, age-associated cognitive decline becomes a growing concern, even in the absence of recognizable neurodegenerative disease.

The integrated stress response (ISR) is activated during aging and contributes to age-related brain phenotypes.

We demonstrate that treatment with the drug-like small-molecule ISR inhibitor ISRIB reverses ISR activation in the brain, as indicated by decreased levels of activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) and phosphorylated eukaryotic translation initiation factor eIF2.

Furthermore, ISRIB treatment reverses spatial memory deficits and ameliorates working memory in old mice.

At the cellular level in the hippocampus, ISR inhibition (i) rescues intrinsic neuronal electrophysiological properties, (ii) restores spine density and (iii) reduces immune profiles, specifically interferon and T cell-mediated responses.

Thus, pharmacological interference with the ISR emerges as a promising intervention strategy for combating age-related cognitive decline in otherwise healthy individuals.

"Of the capacities that people hope will remain intact as they get older, perhaps the most treasured is to stay mentally sharp"

The impact of age on cognitive performance represents an important quality-of-life and societal concern, especially given our prolonged life expectancy.

While often discussed in the context of disease, decreases in executive function as well as learning and memory decrements in older, healthy individuals are common

the aging population is estimated by 2050 to reach 83.7 million individuals above 65 years of age in the US; this represents a rapidly growing healthcare and economic concern

Age-related decline in memory has been recapitulated in preclinical studies with old rodents

Specifically, prior studies have identified deficits in spatial memory
working and episodic memory
and recognition memory (Cabral-Miranda et al., 2020),
when comparing young, adult mice with older sex-matched animals.

The hippocampus is the brain region associated with learning and memory formation and is particularly vulnerable to age-related changes in humans and rodents (Disterhoft and Oh, 2007; McKiernan and Marrone, 2017; Oh et al., 2010; Rizzo et al., 2014).

Deficits in a number of cellular processes have been suggested as underlying causes based on correlative evidence, including

protein synthesis (Schimanski and Barnes, 2010),

metabolism (Azzu and Valencak, 2017),

inflammation (Franceschi et al., 2000), and

immune responses (Villeda et al., 2011; Villeda et al., 2014; Baruch et al., 2014; Dulken et al., 2019).

While providing a wealth of parameters to assess, by and large the causal molecular underpinnings of age-related memory decline have remained unclear.

beach houses, ski vacations, tourists, surfside

I have lived near beaches most of my life.
Beaches usually the worst places to live.
In San Francisco the huge beach is a slum area with the cheapest rents and abandoned cars, drugs, gangs.
Nobody goes to the beach except the 3 sunny days in August.

San Diego to Irvine is the best west coast and the most expensive.
but not nearly as good as Florida or Hawaii that can be even more expensive.

All beaches have humidity and mold and crime and massive crowds sometimes.

Ski resorts are better, more space, lower rents sometimes
but still crime, drugs, tourists and really bad weather most of the year.

Any tourist area is low wage illegal cooks, maids, prostitutes, mowers, repairers, drug dealers, alcohol…
Criminals can get jobs there after they get released from prisons.

Casinos attract the worst tourists and workers.
No healthy person will sit on their butt gambling.

Vacation resort areas best avoided
unless a really good investment can be made.

Some buy beach houses as an investment to rent out and often make a lot of money.
Myrtle Beach is the most typical.
Tahoe the same - for ski rentals.
but they can usually make more money on their jobs than speculating in real estate.

organic run beach: Best 2 mile time for the year

I wonder if organic is true or if it is just expensive inorganic with liar label?

Oats are one of my favorite foods, and supposedly healthy beta-glucans and gluten free.
I discovered they cook the oats before putting it in the standard cylinders,
So 1996 I started eating them raw from the tube in the summer to avoid heating up the kitchen.
I did not experience any adverse effects.
Called muesli, national breakfast in Switzerland I had back in 1974.
Raisins can also be eaten raw.
I eat too many nuts (fat pills) but like them.
Seems many almond milks, soy milks, they put in pure cane sugar,
but that is still sugar! Not healthy.

Now I hear the farmers are putting glyphosate on both oats and wheat,
Not healthy!
so I am cutting back on oats until I can find a good organic source.
Have not not bought flour of any sort since 2011, don't use bread or wheat products or white potatoes.

I suspect a 1 or 2 day fast is enough.
Or cutting back to 1 meal a day,
I have often had 1 meal per day, or zero,
especially when traveling that I have done a lot of.

I think it is important to get protein daily or alternate days, especially as one gets older.
You can store fat and carbohydrates and oil soluble vitamins
But there is no storage form of protein.
You need protein in your blood at all times for your immune system,
and growth and maintenance and repair of all body tissues.
If muscles shrink then exercise will not burn as many excess calories too.
The people who need fasting the most are young fat slobs who have the most to lose.

The only time I use apple sauce is on the rare occasions when I am out of fresh apples, or wanting something which takes little digestion, when I am on a long fast.

I haven't used milk or cheese since 1965.
We make "milk" from raw organic cashews, some almonds, and a little salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

My resting heart rate is usually below 60
and blood pressure below 99/66
When in best shape 1975 my resting heart rate was 30.

I have been time restricted eating since 1963.
Often one meal per day.
sometimes less (fast).
Usually 2 meals per day, light breakfast.
Occasionally 3 meals per day as in the military… too much.
If you eat more, then run more miles to burn up calories.

Fasting is very useful for everybody.
Time restricted, reduced number of meals,….
Does something with the hormones and makes me feel real good.
Overeating is a huge problem.
Fasting was a big part of human experience until recent overeating pandemic.

Yesterday I had 1 raw carrot and 8 almonds and black coffee for breakfast.
then dinner was 1 bowl of beans and more almonds and peanuts then sleep.
Too tired for vegetables.
Now I will have leftover green vegetables for breakfast that I was meaning to have last night.

Usually I add rice, lentils, or oats for calories.
But oats and wheat have recently been GMO to desiccate to save machinery.
Have to find organic steel cut oats.

I peel and eat raw apples, but avoid apple juice or apple sauce.
Apples are very sweet and high in pesticide.
I tend to avoid them except in the fall, seasonal.
Even then 1 bag per year is about all the apples I can take.
Oranges, grapefruit, berries are better.
I over-used fruits in the past, need to reduce.
I don't process fructose very well anyway.
Lactose is better for me.
Some are lactose intolerant,
but I am closer to fructose intolerant.

I just completed a mile in 11:16. Average pace for 2 miles was 11:28. Average heart rate 135.

Between the rower sprinting and the cold weather running/walking I think I can get under a 10 minute mile by the end of January.

What is your resting heart rate? Mine currently is 57. I think it has gone down one beat in the last month.

I started a fast this morning.
The plan is to use electrolytes and water for 5 days.
If it gets too difficult toward the end, I will have 4 oz of organic unsweetened apple sauce.
I did the 5 day fast twice earlier in the year.
I suspect I can reduce my body fat at least a couple of percent.

It is supposed to help the body use the weaker/
defective cells for energy, and then regenerate new cells afterward.
It is called autophagy.

I have done time-restricted eating since 1965.
This is eating only two meals, roughly 8 am and 4 pm, then fasting for 16 hours. It is supposed to increase longevity.

This is a short but excellent video on the subject:

Exercise vs obesity vs altitude

Walking burns 100 calories per mile.
So 20 miles is 2000 calories - more than many people eat all day.
That can cancel a lot of overeating.
Why my weight dropped from 153 to 133 during July and August 2019 with no effort.
I was also skinny during my marathon running days, 20 miles per day running at 5AM.
My experience is that walking burns more calories than running.

I agree on the importance of sprinting and other hard exertion exercises.
I sprinted some in 2018 and was still quite fast, surprisingly.
I need to find a standard track with laser measured 40 yard dash to see exactly how fast.
Pressure from team sports can lead to longer and harder workouts, such as tennis and basketball.

Yes, many factors cause obesity, and income is a big one.
Poor people eat lots of fast food, hamburgers, fries, cokes, shakes, cakes, candy,….
Richer people eat in sit down restaurants.
I observed this in Chicago, especially, negroes like burger king.
I also noted in rich San Francisco it is hard to find a hamburger joint but every corner has a fruit and vegetable stand and very rarely saw any fat people.
Marketing students in business schools study this extensively.

Many studies on altitude, worldwide.
They all point to altitude being an additional factor in obesity.
Colorado is high altitude.
All the counties like in Nebraska are very large and lump in high altitude with low altitude.
I doubt if the obesity data is very good but somebody is collecting something.
The geography altitude data is good but must somehow be combined with the people measurements.
Bound to by lots of mistakes.
I have seen better maps but no good explanation of the data sources and methods.
I need to move close to a better university library.
What few maps we got disappeared after the pandemic, as did the geographer fat old gray hippy male ponytail.
Workers at the University do not work much at their easy jobs.

That map does show Tennessee Gatlinburg ski area is skinnier, as is the high altitude parts of Appalachia,
which is amazing it could pick that up.
May have been doctored by artist as much "science" these days.

Negros are the fattest,
Latinos are fat too, I read Mexico is fatter than USA - one source.
Chinese tend to be skinnier and eat better foods than whites or people of color.

Regarding weight vs altitude, correlation does not prove causation. Look at western Nebraska compared with eastern Colorado. The altitude is the same, but obesity is more prevalent in western Nebraska. The line is very distinct. Also compare New York and New Jersey with Louisiana. The contrast is obvious, yet both are close to sea level. I think race, culture and IQ have a lot to do with obesity.

I don't think you need to walk 20 miles a day to control your weight. The simple answer is to not consume more calories than you burn. Sprinting, on the rower, for example, several times a day increases the metabolism for hours. It allows me to get up from my desk, spend a couple of minutes rowing and then burn calories at a higher rate for a period of time, while reading.

I do however think that getting the heart rate over 100 for 30 minutes twice a day is beneficial. What is your average resting heart rate. Mine is currently 56.

I doubt that we are going to have an actual civil war. If we did, I would probably leave the country.

I walked 22 miles yesterday at 3MPH or 20 minutes per mile.
I will reduce to 11 miles to prepare for civil war and avoid viruses this winter.
Each mile burns about 100 calories.
I lost 20 pounds by moving to apartment where I could walk to a better gym and walk longer.
Weight 153 down to 133 without any effort.
I am still too fat.
You can find lots of articles on how altitude fights obesity.
My plan has been to move to Laramie Wyoming 7000 feet to lose weight train for Pikes Peak Marathon up to 14,000 feet.
Maybe move permanently somewhere up there
low population,
better survival in civil war SHTF scenarios that looks more likely over the last year.

Human body is designed for long distance running and walking.
Humans are very slow sprinters - a bison can run triple human speed.
But over longer distance hairy animals overheat and drop dead.
Every organ system in the human body is modified to make hairless humans good at long distance running in the sun.

Sun is not just for warmth.
Sunshine penetrates your skull to clarify thinking.
Sunshine powers your mitochondria for energy (like food calories).
Your skin is a solar panel that makes many needed chemicals needed for health.
Run in the sun shirtless.
I tend to overheat so got my best exercise biking uphill in Lake Tahoe 7000 feet.
Brighter sun at high altitude,
and fresher air - less dirt, smog, allergies, germs, molds, bugs, snakes,...
Aesthetic good for soul.

Around here indoors is needed for best workouts as I have slowly learned but dislike.
University gym is the best with big windows and less crowds early AM due to sleepy students going to class.
Indoor machines force you to walk, not cheat or get distracted.
People watching, peer pressure to perform in good form.

Gatlinburg Tennesse and Appalachia has enough altitude to lose weight.
Colorado is better.
Beach areas have sun and skinnier people.
