Ocean means water, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes,...
Ocean means you will be miserable and die sooner, maybe much sooner.
All ocean areas have wet weather, mold, toxins, diseases, viruses, bacteria, drunks, fights, knives, gunfire, crime, theft, illegals, communists, minorities, sun deficiency, very high prices. ...
I lived there most of my life.
If I knew of any ocean area with acceptable living standards I would already be there.
I tried many, or lived nearby, made frequent trips to beach since a teenager. San Diego, San Francisco, Boston.
I generally feel better at high altitude than at sea level.
Especially high and dry areas such as Wyoming, Cloudcroft, Ruidoso New Mexico,
Tahoe was great except for too much snow.
the best is Revere Beach Boston Massachusetts
that is also very expensive, cold, and hard to investigate even if you live in Boston.
Some other good ocean areas nearby, all cold. Rockport, Cape Cod,….
For work or retirement,
Revere beach probably the best.
Train to downtown, jobs, hospitals,...
Second best is Hawaii that has cost, drugs, race and many other problems.
Third best area is Florida that has race, cost, Hurricanes and a huge population and other problems.
Inland Florida may be acceptable.
Fourth best is Carolinas and Mississippi that have similar problems.
Fifth best Virginia Delaware Jersey.
California is almost the worst overall although there are a few spots that may be tolerable
but why pay more to die sooner?
If you have a really good job there,
then it may be tolerable.
Oregon and Washington have the worst wet mold problem,
catastrophic earthquake and tsunami risk
and only useable beaches 2 months in summer
why nobody lives there.
Seattle Portland has jobs if you work in their industries.
But everybody sick, smoke pot, drink beer, rain, fog,...
sit indoors watch TV waiting for big quake that will destroy their city.
Alaska probably the worst of all, coldest, remotest, least sunny, worst medical, worst university, worst earthquakes in recent history, ...
Why pay more to be miserable and die sooner?
Missouri already has too much water and is too cold in winter.
No thanks to Wyoming.
Too far from the ocean.
Dry air no mold
Not much snow
