Federal Court Finds California Magazine Ban Violates the Second Amendment

Wow.

On Fri, Mar 29, 2019 at 6:39 PM Ron

This is a huge victory for California pistol owners.

Have followed this case (Duncan v Becerra) since inception.

Have listened to the proceedings.Ca.DOJ attorneys appeared to have earlier angered Judge Benitez when they argued unsuccessfully  his injunction against enforcement should be lifted and magazines destroyed without compensation BEFORE a trial.

This is typical of Progressives (Communists).

Bypass Constitutional safeguards and judicial safeguards to implement their agenda and tyranny as quickly as possible.

Lindsey Graham is preparing a gun confiscation “stew”

really can't see a reason we can't pursue this [gun confiscation] . . . we can make a stew here that works!"

That's how Senator Lindsey Graham concluded his Senate hearing yesterday on the so-called "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Bill (S. 7) I've been warning you about.

The anti-gun statists are grinning from ear to ear and putting the pedal down to RAM this scheme through the Senate.

Without your help, I'm worried they may just succeed.

For months now, politicians in BOTH parties have been clamoring for a gun control "deal."

Senator Graham isn't the only self-proclaimed "pro-Second Amendment" Republican politician who thinks a gun control "deal" is perfectly okay if ALL it does is allow government goons to ignore due process and seize the guns of Americans who've committed no crime whatsoever.

In fact, Senator Ted Cruz appears to have given up defending the rights of gun owners, saying during the hearing that "extreme risk laws of the kind we're discussing can potentially be part of the solution set."

And now that the hearing on this Senator Marco Rubio-backed nightmare is concluded, the backroom horse trading is underway.

That's why I'm counting on EACH and EVERY Campaign for Liberty supporter to sign their "NO RED FLAG DEALS" petition IMMEDIATELY!

take action now >>

Then, please forward this urgent message on to your friends and family. And please chip in right away to help Campaign for Liberty turn up the heat.

Without your IMMEDIATE action, I'm worried you and I could be steamrolled by this blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL scheme.

Under so-called "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders, gun owners could be stripped of their Second Amendment rights through secret court proceedings where only your accuser is present!

If a judge is convinced that you're a "significant danger" to someone, including yourself, your Second Amendment freedoms could effectively be revoked. And you don't even get to defend yourself!

It doesn't strain the imagination to see how such a policy would invite abuse.

A jilted former lover who lies to a judge out of spite -- or a coworker who doesn't like a political post you made on social media -- could be all that's necessary to bring a heavily-armed SWAT team bursting through your door.

You won't be warned ahead of time -- and could very well mistake these "legal" intruders for common thugs who are coming for your life.

In states with these "Red Flag" laws on the books, reports of shootouts between law enforcement and gun owners are becoming commonplace when they could be easily avoided if we'd just follow our Constitution's Fifth Amendment right to due process.

And when these gun seizures don't result in a hail of gunfire, innocent law-abiding gun owners often find it takes weeks or even months -- not to mention thousands of dollars in fees -- to get their firearms back.

THIS is what the anti-gun statists in both parties have decided is the "solution" to mass shootings like Parkland!

It won't work.

The ONLY way to stop a bloodthirsty madman with a gun is if good people are armed and ready to fight back.

take action now >>

But instead of allowing that, statists in BOTH parties resort to posting "Gun Free Zone" signs, effectively rolling out the red carpet for those hell-bent on committing mass murder.

Without an outpouring of opposition from liberty-minded citizens like you, I'm worried a "Red Flag" disaster is in store.

The Gun Control Lobby and their pals in the national media are falling all over themselves to fan anti-gun hysteria to get Senate Leadership to cave and grease the skids to ram a gun control deal on so-called "Red Flag" gun confiscation through the Senate.

Should they succeed, they know it's virtually assured to pass the U.S. House.

So depending on where President Trump stands, this could be our only chance to stop it.

That's why I'm counting on EACH and EVERY Campaign for Liberty supporter to sign their "NO RED FLAG DEALS" petition.

Needless to say, the very public bipartisan rush to so-called "Red Flag" schemes you and I are seeing right now is bad enough.

When a "deal" is struck over bad legislation, you and I often don't have a lick of time to react.

take action now >>

Just think back to the bank bailouts during the last financial crisis or the so-called "PATRIOT" Act.

I'm worried BOTH parties' push for so-called "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders will be right out of the same playbook.

That's why I'm counting on your IMMEDIATE action.

First, please sign your "NO RED FLAG DEALS" petition right away.

And if you possibly can, please agree to your most generous contribution of $50 right away to help Campaign for Liberty prepare for the anti-gun onslaught I'm afraid is set to hit Congress.

I know that's far more than you've done in the past.

But I'm asking all Campaign for Liberty supporters to stretch to help us put this plan into action.

After all, a citizen who can't defend his or her freedom is a citizen that will not be free much longer. . .

Of course, if $50 is too much, please agree to $25 or at least $10.

The media and the National Gun Control Lobby are just beginning to turn up the pressure. So must we.

take action now >>

So please sign your "NO RED FLAG DEALS" petition and make your most generous contribution of $50, $25, or at least $10 IMMEDIATELY!

For Liberty,

Ron Paul

Texas escape Taxes California collapse civil war vs Portland Oregon coffee, marijuana, beer, skin-heads, neo-nazis, white "city of the future"?

Nevada is too close to California collapse.
Will damage Oregon Seattle Alaska too.

Amarillo Canyon Lubbock is the closest safe home. On
I-40 beautiful freeway.

Good year round weather high and dry 3333 feet low myco mold allergies.

Bright sun stop MS.
Republican low drugs.

Cows top quality cheese peanuts.
Happy lithium in water.
Windy fresh air.
Low population mostly white.
Midway between Dallas and Denver.

From recent Fresno Escapee:

Newsome announced a 10% tax on drinking water yesterday.

As stated before California has a combined debt and deficit of over a half trillion.($500.billion).

The PERS pension system is almost a half trillion in deficit.

The STRS teachers pension is $98.billion in deficit.(source:Brookings Institute)
An 8% return is required to maintain a retirement system.PERS has an average return of 1.5% due in large part to only investing in politically correct so called green investments.

The now defunct HSR imo was a twelve year money laundering operation.

No HSR, high speed railroad

no road money,potholes in roads.

$3 billion owed to the Feds.

All the time calling waging a legal and media war against the Trump Admin.

None of the above debt includes broke cities or counties.

California is a one party state.

Like other Progressives (Marxists) around the country
their platform is rejected by mainstream voters.

The Progressive answer is to change constituencies and game the system; 16 year olds, convicted felons, illegal immigrants, voter fraud.

The debts are unpayable yet disarmed taxpaying milkcows will be called on to dig deep.

I believe the plan had been for a triumphant Hillary Clinton Administration to pay off California debt with money from states like Texas and money created by the Fed.

In time I believe Jerry Brown will be seen in retrospect as misguided but benevolent compared to the hardcore Marxists that follow.

Btw-I understand Gavin Newsome is building a $3 million home. The Governors Mansion apparently was not to his liking.

If one is to remain in California purchase a 4x4 to traverse the failing roads.(an economical 4x4).

One thing I can say about our previous governor Jerry Brown is that his religious conservatism was strong and he held this wildly liberal socialist legislature in check.

Now that he is out, and the new governor and Marxist Gavin Newsome is in the drivers seat, and the State is in danger of complete uncontrolled spending and taxation.

He has already sponsored a bill to tax our water delivery to pay for "affordable housing".

Portland lies in the Marine west coast climate region, having a climate marked by warm, dry summers and rainy but mild winters.

This climate is ideal for growing roses,
and for more than a century, Portland has been known as "The City of Roses" with many rose gardens—
most prominently the International Rose Test Garden.

Portland is home to a diverse array of artists and arts organizations,
and was named in 2006 by American Style magazine as the tenth best Big City Arts Destination in the U.S.

Portland is well-known for its microbrewery beer.

Oregon Public Broadcasting has documented Portland's role in the microbrew revolution in the United States in a report called Beervana.

The New York Times also spotlighted Portland for its burgeoning restaurant scene

Portland has become known as a premier coffee destination in the Pacific Northwest.

Yelp.com lists more than 20 coffee houses in Portland with 4.5-5 star ratings.

The city is home to the original Stumptown Coffee Roasters,
well-known by aficionados as one of the nation's highest quality direct-trade roasteries, as well as dozens of other micro-roasteries and cafes.

Portland ranked 42nd worldwide in quality of living;
the survey factored in political stability, personal freedom, sanitation, crime, housing, the natural environment, recreation, banking facilities, availability of consumer goods, education, and public services including transportation.

According to Grist magazine,
Portland is the second most eco-friendly or "green" city in the world trailing only Reykjavík, Iceland.

In 2010, Move, Inc. placed Portland in its "top 10 greenest cities" list.

Portland is the largest shipper of wheat in the United States, and is the second largest port for wheat in the world.

The marine terminals alone handle over 13 million tons of cargo per year, and is home to one of the largest commercial dry docks in the country.

The Port of Portland is the third largest U.S. port on the west coast.

Because of strong free speech protections of the Oregon Constitution
upheld by the Oregon Supreme Court Henry v. Oregon Constitution 1987 which specifically found that full nudity and lap dances in strip clubs are protected speech,

Portland is widely considered to have more strip clubs per capita than Las Vegas or San Francisco.

A judge dismissed charges against a nude bicyclist in November 2008 on the grounds that the city's annual World Naked Bike Ride
"was a well-established tradition in Portland.

In June 2010 Portland's World Naked Bike Ride had an estimated 13,000 people.

Portland's population has been and remains predominantly white.

In 2009, Portland had the fifth-highest percentage of white residents among the 40 largest U.S. metropolitan areas.

A 2007 survey concluded that Portland's urban core is the
"whitest big city in the nation".

The Pacific Northwest as a whole has been called "one of the last Caucasian bastions of the United States".

Portland remains white,
but migration to Portland is disproportionately white,
at least partly because Portland is attractive to young college-educated Americans, a group which is overwhelmingly white.

The racial demographics today are largely a result of historic policies and trends.

The Oregon Territory banned African American immigration in 1849.

The early 1920s saw the rapid growth of The Ku Klux Klan
which became very influential in Oregon politics
culminating in the election of Walther M. Pierce as governor.

Widespread housing discrimination continues to affect the racial landscape today.

A 2011 audit of landlords' renting practices by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon indicated
64% of 50 leasing agents discriminated against Latino or black prospective tenants, compared with white prospective tenants.

The Oregonian stated "they were quoted higher rent and deposits, for example, or given additional fees, not offered applications or move-in specials, or shown inferior units."

In the 1980s and 1990s, radical skinhead groups flourished in Portland.

An Ethiopian student was killed by members of a skinhead group in 1988.

In 1993, TIME Magazine said,
"In the eyes of a skinhead, Portland, Oregon, looks like the city of the future."

Portland's skinheads remained in the news throughout 2010,
when the anti-racist group Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice argued that neo-nazi skinheads shot an anti-racist skinhead.

During redevelopment of north Portland along the MAX Yellow Line, displacement of minorities occurred at a drastic rate.

Portland ranked 53rd in violent crime out of the top 75 U.S. cities.

The murder rate in Portland is lower than the national average.

Dems are already going to Plan B which is a House investigation.

Again paid by the taxpayer and also time could otherwise be spent to attempt resolution of other critical issues actually affecting constituents.

The underlying problem for Dems is none of their platforms have caught fire with American voters.

Most if not all Dem platforms are simply self serving for the politicians.

The gap between the ostensible reason for a platform and the actual follow the money basis has become too attenuated to sell the ostensible reasoning to even traditional Dem. constituent groups.

The answer is to replace current American voters with 16 year olds, convicted felons, and illegals.

Another Democratic strategy is to abolish the Electoral College to allow control of all of the US by two blue coastal strips. All these imo are destined for failure.

The city is home to the original Stumptown Coffee Roasters,
well-known by aficionados as one of the nation's highest quality direct-trade roasteries, as well as dozens of other micro-roasteries and cafes.

Portland ranked 42nd worldwide in quality of living;
the survey factored in political stability, personal freedom, sanitation, crime, housing, the natural environment, recreation, banking facilities, availability of consumer goods, education, and public services including transportation.

San Angelo Texas survival hide out with clean water

My Step brother Mark
From Porterville
retired military now in
San Angelo Texas
From: princeaffy

Bonnie and I live in San Angelo, TX, population around 100,000.  Mostly dry heat in summer,  considered West Texas but on the outer fringe of Hill Country.   Plenty of water here....spring fed, reservoirs full. No snow this winter,  only a handful of days under 32.  College town, Angelo State,  is expanding,  has been invited to Division 1. Go to church with a chemistry professor- he's conservative. Military town. Goodfellow AFB....lots of retirees in area.

Boomtown area....lots of oil west.  Not sure if libs could tolerate this area,  not visually stimulating and drugs not tolerated by hanging judges.  County jail always full, stiff sentences.

Three hours from San Antonio and Austin,  4.5 from Dallas.  Lots of people go for weekends and back here to civility. Nice, pleasant drives until you reach metro.  Rolling hills, wildflowers,  spectacular sunsets, animals (saw a cougar the other day).

Slow news area. When we got here a story about a pet monkey that had escaped captivated the area for weeks.

Throwback area, some towns still have drive ins....family run jewelry repair shops, used book stores,  retro route 66 style motels,  greasy diners where patrons sit for hours and bitch about their medical issues,  Obama legacy.

Decent medical care,  minimal wait times for urgent care. Cancer and heart centers emerging. Still prefer the better doctors in Austin.

People in area obsessed with trucks, guns,  dogs, high school football,  cheap American beer.  Poor eating habits noticeable even though stores/restaurants have healthy choices. Obesity everywhere.  Good walking trails along Concho river.

If you're looking for a safe but boring place to live......San Angelo might be it.

We are considering Minimalism. Just watched 2016 documentary by Matt D' Avella.  Looks appealing. Has biblical principles....living with less.

Second Amendment Sanctuary Cities, Counties, & STATES

New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Britain differ from the US
in that they still have a portrait of the queen on their money.

Second Amendment Sanctuary Cities, Counties, & STATES

As stated before the US is rapidly balkanizing.

Through controlled media, and locally controlled jurisdictions

Progressives will intensify efforts to grab guns WORLDWIDE.

(Weltherrschaft)

The strategic problem for the left in the US is they lack field level control for physically taking the guns.

Do not be surprised if the current Sacramento Administration breaks with the Trump Administration and makes California a UN vassal.

UN troops would bypass Sheriffs and

accompany vastly stretched state agents in door to door searches.

Per video I have watched agents that cannot or will not even cite what laws the gun owner is in violation of.

In one video LE told the gun owner

"that is for a judge to decide just give us the weapon."

Regardless of our interests whether access to

Constitutional rights,

medical information,

freedom of speech,

taxation,

travel, etc.

the gun issue is a central determinant.

Every thing else follows.

A growing number of states, counties, cities, and towns are declaring themselves

"Second Amendment Sanctuaries"

and are refusing to enforce gun-control laws that infringe on the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

While adopting ordinances and resolutions to defy gun laws isn't a new tactic,

momentum is rapidly building

– likely in response to increasing
at state and federal levels.

Sheriffs in several states say they will NOT enforce gun control laws.

Sanctuary counties and towns are passing resolutions

that state no funding will be used to enforce unconstitutional laws

and that the sheriff will uphold his oath to the Constitution

instead of enforcing laws that violate the Second Amendment.

County sheriffs are, legally speaking,

the last line of defense in the battle for gun rights:

Federal agencies do not have state powers.

Due to the Constitution's structure of dual sovereignty,

the feds have no authority to enforce state laws.

Furthermore, states cannot be compelled to enforce federal laws.

Here's a rundown of the states with

jurisdictions that have adopted Second Amendment Sanctuary resolutions.

Colorado

In Colorado, 23 out of 64 counties have adopted Second Amendment Sanctuary resolutions,

and others are considering implementing similar resolutions.

Legislators and sheriffs in the state are pushing back against House Bill 19-1177,
a red flag bill that will likely become law soon.

For a full analysis and critique of this bill, give this a read: Kopel and Greenlee:
Plenty of red flags in Colorado's 'extreme risk' protection order bill.
Officially called Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO),

"red flag" laws permit police, healthcare providers, or family members to petition a state court to

order the temporary removal of firearms from a person who may present a danger to others or themselves.

Weld County recently joined the growing list of counties in Colorado that have passed Second Amendment Sanctuary resolutions in response to the impending red flag law.

Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, one of HB 19-1177's harshest critics, said "The severity of this bill cannot be overstated.

The name of this bill is the Extreme Risk Protection Orders.

I think that's a façade, and I think it's fraudulent.

I think actually, this bill should have been titled:

'The Extreme Order to Confiscate Your Firearms,

Eliminate Due Process, and

Violate your Constitutional Rights Bill."

Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams agrees

MIGA MAGA Trump Endorses Israeli Annexation of Syria’s Golan Heights - News From Antiwar.com ......US is accomplice to more Zionist crimes

My half negro room-mate
air force officer early 1970s
posted a map of middle east on our wall
showing Israel before and after the 1967 war.
Critic of Israel.

Kushner should lead all Jews to Israel to make Israel great again MIGA pied piper.
Trump can retire in Israel after MAGA.
I suspected Trump NYC would be pro-Jew and know how to work with and use Jews to accomplish his mission.

Trump may look like he is MIGA but
MIGA may be a tool to be MAGA.
Indeed, educating and reforming Jews may get Jews on the right side of history.
A dead America cannot be good for Israel.
MAGA

No constitutional right to keep and bear cats.
If you cant trust a woman with a cat
then you cant trust a woman with a gun.
A well regulated militia should require all candidates to have 5 years of proven cat ownership, spayed, neutered, shelter rescue cat.
Before getting a gun license.

MAGA
A dead environment, dead plants and animals cannot be a great country.
Make the ecosystem great again
Like it was before the 1492 holocaust.

Trump Endorses Israeli Annexation of Golan Heights

Announcement likely a boost for Netanyahu's reelection

Undoing more than half a century of US policy on Israel's occupations and annexations in the wake of the 1967 War,

President Trump today went onto Twitter to publicly endorse Israel's permanent control over the Golan Heights

which is legally part of Syria.

(Stealing land never leads to peace, only to more war !

(Giving somebodies Land away, that is not yours.....

It's like China giving Mexico permanent control over the State of California, which is legally part of the US)

Were the NAZIS right after all, aggression is good and "moral" 'MIGHT IS RIGHT' ?

Nuremberg trials wrong ?

(Zionists adopted Hitler doctrine of aggression, brutal occupation  / annexation)

Israel seized [illegally, by aggression] the Golan Heights from Syria in 1967, and [illegally] annexed it in 1981.

The US, and the rest of the world, never recognized the annexation, but considered it part of Syria under military occupation.

Trump now says the US recognizes Israel's "Sovereignty over the Golan Heights,"

calling it critical for "Regional Stability."

[to keep Netanyahu/Zionists in power]

Can Trump redeem his Presidency, having been so hard, at first, on the 'Deep State', the ruling 'Globalist Elite' ?

While on the surface this is just another in a long line of mostly meaningless concessions to show how "pro-Israel" he is,

the timing also comes across as a cynical political ploy,

with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo already in Israel to visit Netanyahu,

who faces reelection in just three weeks.

Polls showed a very close race, with Netanyahu's far-right coalition struggling to retain power against a more centrist bloc.

Since Netanyahu asked Trump [instead of President Assad of Syria] for the Golan on Wednesday and

 "got it" on Thursday,

the optics of this are Trump / Kushner very much trying to swing the election

in favor of the Likud far-right [fascist] coalition, which he has long favored.
