Trump wins debate

Even in room full of liberal news media.

Hilary created the mess on the middle east
ISIS

Clinton signed NAFTA

She will raise taxes and export jobs

Only Trump can fix this mess

Obama lame economics Obamecomics hoboes.

No mainstreet US economy left. Has been shipped abroad.

Loss of wage increases since NAFTA/GATT was replaced with easy credit until 2008.

Presidents and political parties are simply window dressing for the corporations and banksters.

No change under a Republican or Democrat.

Bushes and Clintons are very close.
Two crime families plundering the US.

Millennial generation has no opportunity for upward mobility. Emphasis on "tiny houses" and "life experiences."

Corporate media is selling youth on the stylishness of being a serf.

Majority of under 25 year olds still lives in their bedrooms at parents' home.

This will not change until after the economic reset.

Economic reset will probably come after a global war.

Currently no discretionary income after food, housing, and banks fees.

Read "It Takes a Plunder" by former Goldman-Sachs insider Nomi Prins.

Standing guard,

Ron

No to both.

Loosely the OS is a variation of *nix with the old much debated problem of the "all or nothing" nature of the Super User account (root).

I've indicated on this blog a number of times that there is no possibility of 100% security in what is in effect a single CPU system. In fact there appears to be a fairly solid mathmatical reason to say so dating back to the 1930's. But even if your maths is not much above that taught to a 12year old you can see the logic behind why it might be so.

The actual CPU has no real security built in, it instead uses additional hardware that is normaly looked on as the way to have "Virtual Memory" with the secondary role of protecting segments of memory. We also know that the page tables behind this are stored in the same memory devices that the application executable code and data is stored. We know that the likes of the "RowHammer Attack" can be used to change the page tables due to hardware defects. Likewise other "below CPU" attacks such as via DMA controlers has been used.

The software of the OS and it's drivers can only reach a very limited way down the computing stack. If you can work out how to get below the CPU level of the stack, then it realy is game over security wise as you can manipulate anything in memory by a series of steps. Think of it as similar to aligning the gate notched wheels in a combination lock, get them lined up right and the lock opens...

Clinton ? Re: Why Trump Will Win.

I did not know Hilary had HIV AIDS

Some truth to the below. But Obama is a popular President with high approval ratings. He supports Clinton. People want more of the same. Continuity.

More Muslim than Jew voters.
Vote early. Vote often. Mexico dreamers. Voter fraud.

Clinton wants to tax millionaires at death while Trump wants to drop the death tax. Outrageous!!! Cost him the election.

Clinton will probably win forcing me to move to Arkansas.

If Hilary drops dead then Trump will lose to Bernie Sanders who is more anti establishment and less crooked than Hilary.

Why Trump Will Win.
Read to the end.... and share....

1. Hillary followers have no enthusiasm.
Trump on the other hand can draw 30,000 to a stadium everywhere in the country. Hillary can't even fill a room and had to offer 50 dollars on Craigslist to try and fill seats at her own convention. This will translate into a higher turnout to vote by Trump supporters. In Florida in early voting there are already over 100,000 more Republicans than Democrats that have sent absentee ballots.
2. Clinton represents the status quo and all polls show 70% of Americans believe that we have been headed in the wrong direction, and people now have access to a multitude of news sources that are independent of the liberal establishment.
3. Clinton is mired in all the Obama mistakes and therefore basically is running as an incumbent forced to defend Obama. In most elections the challenger picks up 2/3 of those who are still undecided by election day. If they liked the incumbent, they would already be voting for her.
4. Unemployment is in real terms the highest since the great depression of the 1930s with only 60% of adults actually having a full time job and one in five households have nobody in the work force. 50 million are on food stamps. This is the first time household income is actually below where it was eight years prior. People no longer believe government rosy statements about economy.
5. Clinton is boring and sickly while Trump is exciting and high energy.
6. Clinton has become afraid of the press and has not had a real press conference in almost a year. Meanwhile Trump isn't afraid of anyone and is constantly having press conferences and the media loves it because Trump means TV ratings and ratings bring in advertising dollars. Trump is a master showman, while Clinton is unpleasant to watch.
7. Gender gap. While Clinton is struggling to get half of women, 70% of men prefer Trump based on empirical evidence. Pollsters are missing this completely for the same reasons all polls said Carter would beat Reagan right up to election day when Reagan took 44 states and Carter took 6 states.
8. Scandals. Clinton has more scandals than her husband has bimbos. Trump is clean, does not smoke, or drink, and does not even accept money from lobbyists. While Clinton sold America's uranium to the Russians and pocketed 140 million dollars, Trump takes from nobody and has built a huge collection of over 500 successful businesses employing hundreds of thousands of people.
9. Clinton represents the establishment while Trump represents a fresh approach. Trump has broad appeal with major niche blocks such as law enforcement, veterans (20 percent of population), gun owners, those who lost their insurance due to Obamacare, and those put out of work because of bad trade deals. Combined, these niche markets are a solid majority, and then there are the evangelicals and they love that Trump wants to repeal the Johnson amendment so that preachers can voice political opinions in church.
10. Trump can use humor and make people laugh while Clinton is as dry as the Gobi desert and her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard.
11. America is done with politicians and is very ready for a citizen candidate.
12. America is tired of overregulation and yearns for a return to more freedom.
13. Americans are tired of high taxes and paying for everyone else as well as foreign countries. Time to rebuild America.
14. America has had it with illegal immigration.
15. America is terrified by radical Islamic terrorism and want a leader who will at least recognize the problem.
16. All the top advisors to Obama, Kerry, and Clinton are Muslims and most people do not like it.
17. Trump got more primary votes than any Republican in history, while Clinton had trouble getting 50% in many states. Republican turnout is way up while Democrat turnout is very depressed.
18. Independents are done with the Clinton's (and the Bushes) and simply will not vote for her (nor would they vote for Jeb)
19. Just like when Reagan won, people want a leader who is optimistic, thinks outside the box, and knows how to attract top talent to government. Subconsciously they are thinking "Trump always got the best architects, brick layers, planners and managers for his businesses and now he will do that for us.
20. Trump proved in the primaries he does not need a big budget and can use his skills instead of other people's money to get the best results.
21. Hillary Clinton's health is seriously impaired. She is subject to seizures, is developing Parkinson's Disease, has fainting spells, has lapses in mid sentences, needs help climbing stairs, has become incontinent and needs diapers. She is entirely medically unfit to be president. She even takes days off at a time just to rest.
22. Bill Clinton has become gaunt and even looks like he may have AIDS. A call girl who just published a book that says that Bill Clinton was the source of her AIDS infection. Numerous sources have reported Bill Clinton has had unprotected sex with over 2,000 women as well as under age girls numerous times on a Caribbean location known as Lolita Island. He has become a liability to an already weak Hillary.
23. The Daybreak LA Times/USC Dornsife Poll which is very accurate, polls daily, and has a very large sample of 3,000 daily shows Trump surging ahead and if you add to that the party out of power historically receives two thirds of the undecided vote, it is starting to look like a margin similar to the Reagan landslide victory over Carter.
24. Trump has more followers on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and leads Clinton in all proactive polls.
25. 25 percent of voters in this years republican primaries are people who have never voted before which has swelled the Trump numbers and they are not being included in polls that only contact voters that voted in prior years. This "hidden" groundswell of voters will be felt full force on election day. These voters are why Trump has far surpassed all prior republicans in total primary votes in all years in spite of a crowded field. This hidden vote has become known as the "Monster Vote" because of its size.
26. Even liberal pollsters are showing Trump pulling ahead in battleground states and even surging to near winning states like Michigan and Pennsylvania that have not gone Republican since 1988.
27. Large numbers of blacks and Hispanics are turning to Trump in numbers not seen for Republicans in eighty years.
28. The Republican party is finally unifying behind Trump as the Cruz faction is now realizing the importance of the next few Supreme Court appointments.
29. The presidential candidate that is taller almost always wins. Trump towers over Clinton. He is 6'2" she is 5'4".

The Good, The Bad and The Oily

Dr. Dean Cuebas, Professor, Department of Chemistry, will be the first speaker for the CNAS Fall Public Lecture Series - FATS: The Good, The Bad and The Oily.

Fats are familiar to everyone and constitute a subset of many of the fatty substances in life known as lipids, which all share the physical property of having very low solubility in water.

Once thought of as the "oily junk" that needed to be removed from biological sources so that the important biomolecules (DNA, proteins, etc.) could be studied, lipids are now known to be an extremely important class of compounds that serve many diverse functions.

Some examples of this diversity include energy storage and insulation (fats), biological membrane construction (phospholipids and cholesterol),

Nature's best detergent (bile acids), powerful hormone-like signal messaging (prostaglandins, leukotrienes, thromboxanes, etc.), protective coatings (waxes), steroid hormones, and the water-insoluble vitamins.

The above functions of lipids are essential for survival, but because of their extreme water insolubility, an excess of lipids due to either over consumption, or decreased breakdown, causes a myriad of disease states, some of which are due to genetic mutations that have been unraveled by the speaker.

The "magical" benefit of fish oils, and adventitious introduction of trans fats into the human diet and their unquestionable negative effect on health will also be explored.

Hilary Clinton Liagra Excessive Dishonesty: Ding dong the witch is dead

zero interest rates: the Golden Rule

Interest rates should be zero on average.

Interest rates go positive when there is too little saving and too much borrowing - banks have to bribe rich people to put their money in the bank so they can lend out that money to employed middle class people and sometimes poor people. A rapidly growing population of middle class working people living on stolen Native American Land is a great Ponzi scheme for positive interest rates and stock market booms.

Interest rates go negative when there is too much saving and too little borrowing - banks get lots of savings from the rich 1% but no good borrowers because the 99% poor deflated sheeple are living on welfare, benefits, junk food, Obamacare, homeless, in prison, in rehab, in college, in the hospital, dying, or dead. So the rich put their money into a bubble commodity or stock market and hope they can get most of that money back, but they may lose 50% or more. A negative 10% interest rate on bank savings accounts is maybe the best they can hope for. All prices collapsing, deflating or teetering on the edge of deflation, revolution or worse. Not much of a stable domestic middle class any more. Globalization evaporation blur into teeming impoverished deflated masses, illegals, Muslims, beheadings drug dealers, addicts, overdoses, wars, ….

Equilibrium is when a zero interest rate balances the dollars of saved and dollar borrowed.
Often they ignore that balance depends on theft and continued occupation of Native American land and resources.

Many classes on such topics at every university that are key to understanding the issues.

Lots of literature on these topics sometimes using keywords "Golden Rule"

If we ban cash, how will Obama send pallets of cash to Iran or ISIS? How will CIA collect on all its wholesale drug sales?

Ken Rogoff's Government Debt Default Plan

Sep 17, 2016 8:23 AM

by Peter Diekmeyer of Sprott Money

<image005.jpg>

Ken Rogoff is by all accounts a brilliant man. The Harvard professor and former IMF chief economist is a chess grandmaster. His thesis committee included current Fed vice-chair Stanley Fischer. But like many survivors of Ivy League hoop jumping, the poor fellow appears to have emerged punch drunk.

That's the only conclusion to be drawn from Rogoff's new book, The Curse of Cash , which, in effect, proposes a ban on paper currency.

It's terrifying piece of work, for several reasons.

First, the cashless society, which Rogoff proposes in order to make it easier for the US government to confiscate private wealth, in effect, amounts to an admission that Washington can't pay back its debts.

Second, the fact that Rogoff uses the fight against "terrorism" and "crime" arguments in selling his proposals to the public - justifications which he as a mathematician should know are farcical - suggest that his arguments hide another agenda.

Third, and most important, is the fact that not only would banning cash not achieve Rogoff's objectives – it could cause irreparable harm to the dollar's role in the American economy and as a reserve currency.

Let's look at these arguments one at a time.

Enforced negative rates ARE debt defaults

Rogoff's "cashless society" is an elegant solution to a key problem bedeviling the Federal Reserve: with interest rates at the zero bound, the US central bank has no ammunition left to fight the next recession - because if cuts rates below zero, savers will withdraw their cash and put it under their mattresses.

"In principle, cutting interest rates below zero ought to stimulate consumption and investment in the same way as normal monetary policy," Rogoff writes. "Unfortunately, the existence of cash gums up the works."

My sister teaches in an all Mexican school. She retires in 3 years. Cant wait to leave.

Talk of Oregon. Oldest son wants to finish college in Eugene U of O

I have 2 cousins near there.
Salem. Medford.

Oregon escape for Californians.

Legal pot fortunes being made.

Mild weather if you can take rain.

I told Patty, my sister, that I could never move back to Porterville.  There are so many problems since the Mexicans have taken over.

Air pollution there is the worst in the country.  The population is over 50,000 now and the surrounding communities have become large as well.  Tulare county is more than 50% Hispanic.  Even getting teachers in Porterville is a problem.

Maybe got divorced.
Mother Dorothy Olson worked at Recorder.

I moved to Springfield to be closer to good medical. Best in the country maybe.

No problems now but as one gets older stuff happens.

Tests can advise what to fix in time.

Valley is very polluted.

Bad lifestyles

I suspect many die young there.

I don't know if you knew Randy, but we were in the same small class in Terra Belle Elementary for 6 years, played in the band together and went to the Lutheran Church in Porterville together.  I don't remember anything about him that wasn't good.  He was physically fit, but apparently died in his sleep.

It just reminds me that sooner or later we all have our date with destiny.  None of us expected this.  He was 68.

Re: CHARADE ? A SHOW ?....Sick Hillary Clinton Seen Wearing Anti-Seizure Sunglasses After Fainting Spell

I thought they would postpone elections  when her health problems got worse. (2 years ago fainted?).

Trump ahead in some polls.
Getting desperate
Stop at nothing
Grasping at straws

I thought 8 years ago that they might keep Obama for 12 years or longer. Declare some emergency. Start a war.

They have to go to Bernie Sanders now.

---------

Most of the MDs including Steve Pieczenki (CIA/State Dept.)are saying her symptoms are brain and lung tumors that have metastisized.

Failure in all limbs is one of the symptoms.

Party affiliation aside this is a Constitutional crisis.

With 54 days to go I could see a postponement of the election.

The party's candidate to decide his/her replacement.

Can't see her voluntarily dropping out and can't see her debating with Trump for an hour and a half.

Trump has called for a one on one debate w/o a moderator.

Looks like the so called "conspiracy" theorists were correct again.

Standing guard,

Ron

Boeing. Seattle

Boeing

SThe Boeing Company(/ˈb.ɪŋ/) is an Americanmultinational corporation.

The Boeing Company's corporate headquarters are located in Chicago Dennis Muilenburg[7][8][9][10]Boeing Commercial AirplanesBoeing Defense, Space & SecurityBoeing Capital[11]Fortune Global 500[12]

History

Before 1930

In March 1910,William E. Boeing bought Heath's shipyard in Seattleon the Duwamish River, which later became his first airplane factory.[13] Boeing was incorporated in Seattle by William Boeing, on July 15, 1916, as "Pacific Aero Products Co". Boeing was later incorporated in Delaware, the original Certificate of Incorporation was filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware on July 19, 1934. Boeing, who studied at Yale University, worked initially in the timber industry, where he became wealthy and learned about wooden structures. This knowledge proved invaluable in his subsequent design and assembly ofairplanes. The company stayed in Seattle to take advantage of the local supply of spruce wood.[14]

William Boeing founded his company a few months after the June 15 maiden flight of one of the two "B&W" seaplanes built with the assistance of George Conrad Westervelt, a U.S. Navy engineer. Boeing and Westervelt decided to build the B&W seaplane after having flown in a Curtissaircraft. Boeing bought a Glenn Martin "Flying Birdcage" seaplane (so called because of all theguy-wires holding it together) and was taught to fly by Glenn Martin himself. Boeing soon crashed the Birdcage and when Martin informed Boeing that replacement parts would not become available for months, Boeing realized he could build his own plane in that amount of time. He and his friend Cdr. G.C. Westervelt agreed to build a better airplane and soon produced the B&W Seaplane.[15] This first Boeing airplane was assembled in a lakeside hangar located on the northeast shore of Seattle's Lake Union. Many of Boeing's early planes were seaplanes.

On May 9, 1917, the company became the "Boeing Airplane Company". In late 1917, the U.S. entered World War I and Boeing knew that the U.S. Navy needed seaplanes for training. So Boeing shipped two new Model Cs to Pensacola, Florida, where the planes were flown for the Navy. The Navy liked the Model C and ordered fifty more.[16] The company moved its operations to a larger former shipbuilding facility known as Boeing Plant 1, located on the lower Duwamish River
