Genetic joint disease shows up in childhood.

Injury joint disease shows up soon after injury.

Food disease shows up later in later life out of many years of eating bad foods.

Sitting disease shows up later in life after many years of sitting.

Runners have less joint problems in their legs unless they eat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, and  trans fat.

Fat people get joint problems while muscular people the same weight do not because of different diet and exercise.

Chemicals, hormones in plastics and household products cause joint problems.

Genes are damaged by chemicals, pesticides, and lack of sunlight.

Turn on good genes.  Turn off bad genes by diet and exercise and avoiding chemicals.

Epigenetics is more important than genetics.

Hunt, fish, grow, and gather your food.

Damage from mechanical stress with insufficient self repair by joints is believed to be the primary cause of osteoarthritis.[10]

Sources of this stress may include: misalignments of bones caused by congenital or pathogenic causes;

mechanical injury;

excess body weight;

loss of strength in the muscles supporting a joint;

impairment of peripheral nerves, leading to sudden or uncoordinated movements.[10]

However exercise, including running in the absence of injury, has not been found to increase the risk.[11]

Nor has cracking one's knuckles been found to play a role.[12]

Primary osteoarthritis of the left knee. Note theosteophytes, narrowing of the joint space (arrow), and increased subchondral bone density (arrow).

a single factor is not generally sufficient to cause the disease, about half of the variation in susceptibility has been assigned to genetic factors.[14]

The development of OA is correlated with a history of previous joint injury and with obesity, especially with respect to knees.[17]

Since the correlation with obesity has been observed not only for knees but also for non-weight bearing joints and the loss of body fat is more closely related to symptom relief than the loss of body weight, it has been suggested that there may be a metabolic link to body fat as opposed to just mechanical loading

Changes in sex hormone levels may play a role in the development of OA as it is

more prevalent among post-menopausal women than among men of the same age.[19][20]

Primary osteoarthritis of the left knee. Note theosteophytes, narrowing of the joint space (arrow), and increased subchondral bone density (arrow).

A number of studies have shown that there is a greater prevalence of the disease amongsiblings and especiallyidentical twins, indicating a hereditary basis.[13]Although a single factor is not generally sufficient to cause the disease, about half of the variation in susceptibility has been assigned to genetic factors.[14]

As early human ancestors evolved into bipeds, changes occurred in the pelvis, hip joint and spine which increased the risk of osteoarthritis.[15] Additionally genetic variations that increase the risk were likely not selected against because usually problems only occur after reproductive success.[16]

The development of OA is correlated with a history of previous joint injury and with obesity, especially with respect to knees.[17] Since the correlation with obesity has been observed not only for knees but also for non-weight bearing joints and the loss of body fat is more closely related to symptom relief than the loss of body weight, it has been suggested that there may be a metabolic link to body fat as opposed to just mechanical loading.[18]

fight the financial crime wave. forensic accounting

I am getting ready to attack local Mafia racketeering so am studying up on forensic accounting.   I drove 100 miles round trip but a very good lecture.  it was worth it.  Small blonde local girl CPA 20 years experience in forensic auditing started with a medical practice in Branson Missouri that was going bankrupt because they were getting robbed but the doctors could not figure that out.

I learned a lot of tricks to look for but there is no limit on the stupidity of crooks.  They often get away with crimes that should have been caught.  Most companies are sloppy.  Especially when computer systems are involved.  Fancy pattern recognition software is increasingly able to spot crimes.

20 years ago forensic accounting was not even taught because theft was rare.  Now declining morals has made financial crime a booming field - embezzlers provide business for 25,000 practicing forensic accountants and numerous professional certifications.   Really took off after Enron, Worldcom,...  Forensic is numbers that can be used in courts of law

She recently defeated the most expensive legal defense in world history.  She convicted a corporation president (Korean) and VP in 3 days of grueling testimony, attacked in court by 30 screaming defense attorneys and 150 paralegals that cost $210,000,000.   Her only help was 2 FBI agents, 2 IRS agents, and 3 government attorneys.   She convinced the jury by very clear speaking and her numbers were right.    Actually this work seems quite easy for me, common sense, plus basic hacker computer skills that I have accumulated over decades.

Amazing Effects of Exercise on Cognition and Brain Cell Regeneration

Excellent article.  I have exercised daily my whole adult life although it is hard to schedule and at the expense of sleep.  Often getting up 5am and running in the dark, or after 5pm or later for example.   Working in an office all day leads to Vitamin D sunshine deficiency.  Modern lifestyles are bad for brain health.  Why so many idiots nowadays.    Most college students and professors would be smarter, richer, and healthier if they were sharecroppers, organic, no fossil fuels.   Obama free community college is dumb idea.   But it does make people sicker so benefits the medical-industrial complex, and stupider and easier to manipulate their votes.   I see why the powers that be want people to sit on their ass and drive cars, watch TV, use the internet, fly, go to ball games....   Communist China is moving most of their population off self-sufficient farms and into the big cities where they are easier to monitor and control.

Scientists have been linking physical exercise to brain health for many years. In fact, compelling evidence shows that physical exercise helps build a brain that not only resists shrinkage, but increases cognitive abilities.1

For example, we now know that exercise promotes a process known as neurogenesis, i.e. your brain's ability to adapt and grow new brain cells, regardless of your age.

The featured article in Real Simple magazine highlights a number of brain-boosting benefits of exercise, including the following.

Exercise Shields You from Stress and Depression

Exercise is one of the "secret weapons" to overcoming depression, and studies have shown its efficiency typically surpasses that of antidepressant drugs. In fact, research has shown that in most cases these drugswork no better than a placebo – and can also have serious side effects.

One of the ways exercise promotes mental health is by normalizing insulin resistance and boosting natural "feel good" hormones and neurotransmitters associated with mood control, including endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, glutamate, and GABA.

Swedish researchers3 have also teased out the mechanism by which exercise helps reduce stress and related depression. As it turns out, mice with well-trained muscles have higher levels of an enzyme that helps metabolize a stress chemical called kynurenine.

Their finding suggests that exercising your muscles actually helps rid your body of stress chemicals that can lead to depression. According to the authors:4

"Our initial research hypothesis was that trained muscle would produce a substance with beneficial effects on the brain. We actually found the opposite: well-trained muscle produces an enzyme that purges the body of harmful substances. So in this context the muscle's function is reminiscent of that of the kidney or the liver."

Recent research has also shown the clear links between inactivity and depression. Women who sat for more than seven hours a day were found to have a 47 percent higher risk of depression than women who sat for four hours or less per day. Those who didn't participate in any physical activity at all had a 99 percent higher risk of developing depression than women who exercised.

To Boost Creativity, Get Moving!

As noted in the featured article, exercise can also boost your creativity, and help you come up with new solutions to problems. For example, researchers at Stanford University found that walking can increase creativity up to 60 percent.5,6 Even a casual stroll around your office can be helpful.

According to the authors:7

"Four experiments demonstrate that walking boosts creative ideation in real time and shortly after... Walking opens up the free flow of ideas, and it is a simple and robust solution to the goals of increasing creativity and increasing physical activity."

Exercise Boosts Brain Growth and Regeneration

As mentioned earlier, fascinating research shows that your brain is capable of rejuvenating and regenerating itself throughout your life. This information is completely contrary to what I was taught in medical school. At that time, it was believed that once neurons die, there's nothing you can do about it. Hence deterioration and progressive memory decline was considered a more or less inevitable part of aging. Fortunately, that's simply not true.

According to John J. Ratey, a psychiatrist who wrote the book Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain, there's overwhelming evidence that exercise produces large cognitive gains and helps fight dementia. The featured article cites research8 showing that those who exercise have a greater volume of gray matter in the hippocampal region of their brains, which is important for memory. According to the authors:

"After controlling for age, gender, and total brain volume, total minutes of weekly exercise correlated significantly with volume of the right hippocampus. Findings highlight the relationship between regular physical exercise and brain structure during early to middle adulthood."

Exercise also prevents age-related shrinkage of your brain, preserving both gray and white matter in your frontal, temporal, and parietal cortexes, thereby preventing cognitive deterioration.9,10 The authors stated that:

"These results suggest that cardiovascular fitness is associated with the sparing of brain tissue in aging humans. Furthermore, these results suggest a strong biological basis for the role of aerobic fitness in maintaining and enhancing central nervous system health and cognitive functioning in older adults."

Similar findings have been found by other scientists. For example, one observational study11 that followed more than 600 seniors, starting at age 70, found that those who engaged in the most physical exercise showed the least amount of brain shrinkage over a follow-up period of three years.

How Does Exercise Affect Brain Power?

One of the mechanisms by which your brain benefits from physical exercise is via a protein called Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF). Exercise initially stimulates the production of a protein called FNDC5, which in turn triggers the production of BDNF. BDNF is a remarkable rejuvenator in several respects. In your brain, BDNF not only preserves existing brain cells,12 it also activates brain stem cells to convert into new neurons, and effectively makes your brain grow larger.

Research13 confirming this includes a study by Kirk Erickson, PhD, in which seniors aged 60 to 80 who walked 30 to 45 minutes, three days per week for one year, increased the volume of their hippocampus by two percent. The hippocampus is a region of your brain important for memory. Erickson told WebMD:14

"Generally in this age range, people are losing one to three percent per year of hippocampal volume. The changes in the size of the hippocampus were correlated with changes in the blood levels of the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)."

Erickson also found that higher fitness levels were associated with a larger prefrontal cortex. He called exercise "one of the most promising non-pharmaceutical treatments to improve brain health." Two additional mechanisms by which exercise protects and boosts your brain health include the following:

• Reducing plaque formation: By altering the way damaging proteins reside inside your brain, exercise may help slow the development of Alzheimer's disease. In one animal study,15 significantly fewer damaging plaques and fewer bits of beta-amyloid peptides, associated with Alzheimer's, were found in mice that exercised.

• Decreasing BMP and boosting Noggin: Bone-morphogenetic protein (BMP) slows down the creation of new neurons, thereby reducing neurogenesis. If you have high levels of BMP, your brain grows slower and less nimble. Exercise reduces the impact of BMP, so that your adult stem cells can continue performing their vital functions of keeping your brain agile.
In animal research,16,17 mice with access to running wheels reduced the BMP in their brains by half in just one week. In addition, they also had a notable increase in another brain protein called Noggin, which acts as a BMP antagonist. So, exercise not only reduces the detrimental effects of BMP, it simultaneously boosts the more beneficial Noggin as well. This complex interplay between BMP and Noggin appears to be yet another powerful factor that helps ensure the proliferation and youthfulness of your neurons.

Exercise Prevents Both Brain and Muscle Decay

Showing the interconnectedness between muscle and brain health, BDNF also expresses itself in the neuro-muscular system where it protects neuro-motors from degradation. The neuromotor is the most critical element in your muscle. Without the neuromotor, your muscle is like an engine without ignition. Neuro-motor degradation is part of the process that explains age-related muscle atrophy.

So BDNF is actively involved in both your muscles and your brain, and this cross-connection appears to be a major part of the explanation for why a physical workout can have such a beneficial impact on your brain tissue. It, quite literally, helps prevent, and even reverse, brain decay as much as it prevents and reverses age-related muscle decay. The most important message from studies like these is that mental decline is by no means inevitable, and that exercise is as good for your brain as it is for the rest of your body.

Diet and Fasting Also Plays a Role

Interestingly, fasting and exercise trigger very similar genes and growth factors that recycle and rejuvenate both your brain and muscle tissues. These growth factors include BDNF and muscle regulatory factors (MRFs). These growth factors signal brain stem cells and muscle satellite cells to convert into new neurons and new muscle cells respectively. This also helps explain why exercise while fasting can help keep your brain, neuro-motors, and muscle fibers biologically young.

For more information on how to incorporate intermittent fasting into your exercise routine for maximum benefits, please see my previous article, "High-Intensity Interval Training and Intermittent Fasting - A Winning Combo." Besides the issue of when you eat, what you eat is of great importance. Sugar suppresses BDNF, which helps explain why a low-sugar diet in combination with regular exercise is so effective for protecting memory and staving off depression. Sugar, and fructose in particular, will also obliterate your body's production of human growth hormone (HGH) when consumed within two hours after a workout, and HGH production is a major benefit of high intensity interval training (HIIT).

Exercise Can Help Keep You Sharp Well Into Old Age

While it's never too late to start exercising, the earlier you begin and the more consistent you are, the greater your long-term rewards. Having an active lifestyle is really an investment in your future well-being, both physically and mentally. I believe that, overall, high-intensity interval training really helps maximize the health benefits of exercise, while simultaneously being the most efficient and therefore requiring the least amount of time. That said, ideally you'll want to strive for a varied and well-rounded fitness program that incorporates a wide variety of exercises.

I also strongly recommend avoiding sitting as much as possible, and making it a point to walk more every day. A fitness tracker can be very helpful for this. I suggest aiming for 7,000 to 10,000 steps per day, in addition to your regular fitness regimen, not in lieu of it. The science is really clear on this point: you do not have to lose your mind with advancing age. Your brain has the capacity to regenerate and grow throughout the entire human lifespan, and exercise is perhaps the most potent way to ensure your brain's continued growth and rejuvenation.

Study: Corn Syrup Is More Toxic Than Refined Sugar

Both corn and sugar beet crops are heavily subsidized in the US. The reason why buying a loaf of processed white bread is cheaper than buying a pound of broccoli is directly related to agricultural subsidies, which favor all the ingredients that make up a junk food diet.

As noted by Business Insider,7 the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) spends nearly $1.3 billion a year on subsidies for our most commonly used junk food ingredients, including corn, wheat, soy, and sugar beets.

Sugar used to be a condiment; now it's a diet staple. According to SugarScience.org, added sugars hide in 74 percent of processed foods under more than 60 different names.8

If subsidies were really based on nutritional value, then neither corn nor sugar beets would fit the bill... As it stands, agricultural subsidies are used to grown ingredients that form the very foundation of a junk food diet.

US Sugar Industry Enjoys a Particularly Sweet Deal...

Interestingly enough, processed food could be even cheaper than it already is. Not that this would necessarily be a positive thing, but it highlights the fact that processed junk foods are a real profit center—both for food industry and our politicians.

According to University of Michigan–Flint economist Mark J. Perry,9 US policies such as minimum price guarantees for domestic sugar, along with high tariffs for imported sugar, ends up costing American consumers about $3 billion per year in inflated processed food prices. As noted in a recent article byReason Magazine:10

"Taking candy from a baby is easy. Taking sugar from a senator? Not so much... [I]t's not just the nation's 3,913 sugar beet farms and 666 sugarcane farms that crave the sugar program's artificially sweetened revenues. The program also persists because it offers a steady source of money to elected officials.

Stairs codes legal requirements

Stairs

American building codes, while varying from State to State and County to County, generally specify the following parameters:[14][15][16]

  • Minimum tread length, typically 9 inches (229 mm) excluding the nosing for private residences. Some building codes also specify a minimum riser height, often 5 inches (127 mm).[17]
  • Riser-Tread formula: Sometimes the stair parameters will be something like riser plus tread equals 17–18 inches (432–457 mm);[18] another formula is 2 times riser + tread equals 24.6 inches (625 mm), the length of a stride.[5] Thus a 7 inches (178 mm) rise and a 10.6 inches (269 mm) tread exactly meets this code. If only a 2 inches (51 mm) rise is used then a 20.6 inches (523 mm) tread is required. This is based on the principle that a low rise is more like walking up a gentle incline and so the natural swing of the leg will be longer.
  • Low rise stairs are very expensive in terms of the space consumed. Such low rise stairs were built into theWinchester Mystery Houseto accommodate the infirmities of the owner,Sarah Winchester, before the invention of theelevator. These stairways, called "Easy Risers" consist of five flights wrapped into a multi-turn arrangement with a total width equal to more than four times the individual flight width and a depth roughly equal to one flight's run plus this width. The flights have varying numbers of steps.
  • Slope: A value for the rise-to-tread ratio of 17/29 ˜ 0.59 is considered optimal;[5] this corresponds to a pitch angle of about 30°.
  • Variance on riser height and tread depth between steps on the same flight should be very low. Building codes require variances no larger than 0.1875 inches (4.76 mm) between depth of adjacent treads or the height of adjacent risers; within a flight, the tolerance between the largest and smallest riser or between the largest and smallest tread can not exceed 0.375 inches (9.5 mm).[19] The reason is that on a continuous flight of stairs, people get used to a regular step and may trip if there is a step that is different, especially at night. The general rule is that all steps on the same flight must be identical. Hence, stairs are typically custom made to fit the particular floor to floor height and horizontal space available. Special care must be taken on the first and last risers. Stairs must be supported directly by the subfloor. If thick flooring (e.g. thick hardwood planks) are added on top of the subfloor, it will cover part of the first riser, reducing the effective height of the first step. Likewise at the top step, if the top riser simply reaches the subfloor and thick flooring is added, the last rise at the top may be higher than the last riser. The first and last riser heights of the rough stairs are modified to adjust for the addition of the finished floor.
  • Maximum nosing protrusion, typically 1.25 inches (32 mm) to prevent people from tripping on the nosing.
  • Height of the handrail. This is typically between 34 and 38 inches (864 and 965 mm), measured to the nose of the tread. The minimum height of the handrail for landings may be different and is typically 36 inches (914 mm).
  • Handrail diameter. The size has to be comfortable for grasping and is typically between 1.25 and 2.675 inches (31.8 and 67.9 mm).
  • Maximum space between the balusters of the handrail. This is typically 4 inches (102 mm).
  • Openings (if they exist) between the bottom rail and treads are typically no bigger than 6 inches (152 mm).
  • Headroom: At least 83 inches (211 cm).[5]
  • Maximum vertical height between floors or landings. This allows people to rest and limits the height of a fall.
  • Mandate handrails if there is more than a certain number of steps (typically 2 risers)
  • Minimum width of the stairway, with and without handrails
  • Not allow doors to swing over steps; the arc of doors must be completely on the landing/floor.
  • A stairwell may be designated as an area of refuge as well as a fireescape route, due to its fire-resistance rated design and fresh air supply.
  • The American Disabilities Act and other accessibility standards by state (such as TAS) do not allow open risers on accessible or egress stairs.[20]

Diet & 6 hours Exercise Curb Parkinson's Disease

12-year-long Swedish study,6,7which included nearly 43,400 people, concluded that

six hours of moderate exercise daily may reduce your risk of developing Parkinson's disease by 43 percent.

The Toxic Origins of Parkinson's

There appears to be a pronounced toxic influence at work in Parkinson's disease, which makes dietary considerations all the more important.

Nearly a dozen commonly used pesticides have been linked to Parkinson's, for example, suggesting your best bet is to stick to an organic diet as much as possible.

Even ambient exposure to pesticides has been found to increase the risk of Parkinson's disease considerably,8 and having a specific genetic variant increases the risk of the disease following pesticide exposure six-fold.9

A team of scientists, in a groundbreaking analysis of data from hundreds of sources, has concluded that humans are on the verge of causing unprecedented damage to the oceans and the animals living in them.

"We may be sitting on a precipice of a major extinction event," said Douglas J. McCauley, an ecologist at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an author of the new research, which was published on Thursday in the journal Science.

Sugar Flour Will Shorten Your Lifespan

While obesity alone is associated with one in five deaths in the US, sugar may also have other, perhaps more direct impacts on longevity specifically.

Professor Cynthia Kenyon, whom many experts believe should win the Nobel Prize for her research into aging, discovered that non-vegetable carbohydrates directly affect specific genes that govern youthfulness and longevity.

By eliminating non-vegetable carbohydrates, Professor Kenyon was able to make C. elegans roundworms live six times longer than normal.

Even more interesting, they also kept their health and youthful vigor until the end.

Her findings have been successfully repeated in other labs around the world using other animals, including rats, mice, and to some extent, monkeys.

Humans also have these same genes, indicating these results should apply to us as well.

Insulin Resistance Drives Chronic Disease

Excessive amounts of refined sugar and processed fructose and grains cause insulin resistance, and most of the disease-promoting effects of a processed food diet can be traced back to this.

Insulin is a major accelerant of the aging process, and also affects many bodily processes, all of which can impact your longevity.

For example, insulin alters the expression of numerous hormones; stimulates your sympathetic nervous system; and promotes vasoconstriction.

Black Muslim Killer

Dear Professor Kaufman,

Do you think that black Muslim killers run amok might reduce the popularity of multiculturalism?

Seems to me that thinking persons should be alarmed at social trends and put on the brakes to some of the nonsense that has been babbled for the past few decades.

Joe

The man accused of killing four people in a supermarket siege outside Paris last week had been on a US terror watch list, it has been reported.

Amedy Coulibaly, who killed four Jewish shoppers at the Hyper Cacher kosher supermarket to the east of the city, had been on a US terror database 'for a while,' a law enforcement official has revealed.

Coulibaly was on the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), the government's central database that includes about one million names, CNN reported.

Evolving Whooping Cough Bacteria Outsmarts Vaccines

Take the 2012 independent study review from the Cochrane Collaboration10 for example. Tom Jefferson, an influenza researcher with the Cochrane Collaboration told Northwestern.edu:11 "There is no evidence that vaccines can prevent deaths or prevent person-to-person spread of infection."Basically, the evidence suggests that the more you're vaccinated, the less responsive your immune system gets. According to the authors: "vaccine-induced protection was greatest for individuals not vaccinated during the prior five years. Additional studies are needed to understand the long-term effects of annual vaccination."

Red Flag Raised for Universal Flu Vaccine

Flu shots work, or more aptly often don'twork, because they are supposed to protect against just three or four strains of type A and type B influenza that public health officials predict will be the strains most commonly circulating in the upcoming flu season. The three or four influenza strains contained in annual flu shots represent a small fraction of the more than 300 influenza strains which may circulate during a flu season, in addition to the many other different viruses that  cause respiratory symptoms the CDC identifies as "influenza-like illness" (ILI).

Fwd: My Friends....... Palestine

My friends......

War against Islam to secure stolen land !
In order to understand today's world affairs one has to go back to Israel's 1967 [Blitz-Krieg....6 day war] surprise-attack to conquer the West-Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza. [While America was distracted by Vietnam]  http://www.gtr5.com/
Millions of Palestinians subsequently were displaced, enslaved/occupied.
Now, ever since this GREAT INJUSTICES took place, Israel with the help of the powerful AIPAC/ U.S. defied the World/UN now for about 50 years.
Not only are the Palestinian-victims constantly mowed down when they try to resist a most brutal occupation, but also they see Israel illegally expand, built cities on occupied land, never responding to warnings that all that stolen land has to be returned eventually back to their legal owners.
Since the Soviet Union collapsed, the West, US/Israel, is now the only Superpower left.
Israel was by that victory encouraged to, never return the, under INTERNATIONAL LAW illegal occupied land, to continue the Palestinian enslavement, and to smash all intifadas and resistance, keeping West-Bank Palestinians divided from Gaza, by having branded the Gaza Hamas-Government a terrorist organization, to avoid peace talks.
All the tricks were used by Israel, for decades, to avoid peace talks, to give up the illegal occupation.
With the U.S. blindly supporting Israel's policies, the grave Injustice continues.
In 1997 the PNAC [Project New American Century] was secretly established by the Neocons [Wolfowitz,Perle etc.] running the Superpower/Empire. Their plan was the NWO [New World Order] One World Government.
In order to get the people behind their plan they had to give us a false flag event, something like the 'Reichstagsbrand'.
We now call that event 9/11.
After that we were told that we are now at an open-ended 'war against terrorism'. In fact we are [in first stage] on a Crusade against Islam, to ensure Israel can keep the land and occupation forever, labeling all the resistance in these Islamic countries terrorists.
Many Muslims become refugees and also get radicalized by our ruthless killings in their countries and when pushed too far [like in France with blasphermous cartoons of Islam] some snap to protect the honor of God, which means also sacrifice their life.
A tragedy for both sides. Using evil propaganda to inflame the Muslims further during our Crusade against them, is really satanic.
Israel's evil idea is to label every Muslim a terrorist, in order to brainwash the world-public into believing that struggling Palestinians/Muslims are all Terrorists, instead of seeing the Palestinians as victims of Israel's brutal occupation/genocide policy.
This brainwashing tactic is done by Netanyahu, in order to poison World-opinion against the Palestinians, who are making some progress of unifying [after being ~50 years enslaved] and in application for a voice in the World-Court, despite desperate attempts by Israel to stop them.

How dare...to drag Israel into the WAR-CRIME Court in The Hague. Obviously Israel has to face their crimes someday and also has to return to the 1967 borders.
Israel has till April to label and discredit all of Islam as Palestinian "Terrorists", in order to 'muffle any voice' of Palestinians in 'Den Haag' ! Expect more false flag operations !
Meanwhile the war for world domination is in full swing. Countries to be conquered are Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela etc.
Western regime change [coup] in Ukraine was only half successful.
Various tactics are being used for 'regime-change' in Russia, Iran, Venezuela from sanctions to oil 'strangulation', collapsing their currency, starvation.
The question is: Will Putin snap and go on the offensive ? [like Japan did in WWII ?]
When oil is $20 a barrel ? (Steve Quayle)
We are living in turbulent times.
The pretended 'war on terrorism' is the war to dominate the world ! Obviously mistakes are being made and the 'Empire' is already broke ! The 'Banksters' are trying to take ALL the money from the people. (No more middle class left)
Of course the world was put under a surveillance umbrella, even at home in the US, against the U.S. Constitution. [Snowden]
The Germans found out that they actually can't complain,[no recourse] because they signed their privacy away [till 2099] in their 'small print' surrender agreement.
We all suspected Germany was never really sovereign, just a puppet of the U.S.
Living in unbelievable times.
Good luck everybody ! This year 2015 is going to be HEAVY !

Hebdo breviek

ISLAM itself has as much to do with Charlie Hebdo-Assassination as CHRISTIANITY  has to do with the killings by Anders Breivik.

Der Islam selbst hat soviel mit dem Charlie Hebdo-Attentat zu tun wie das Christentum mit den Morden von Anders Breivik.

Subject: Crowd funding rogue cop protection in CA

I think the "rogue cop alert" app is a good idea, too. Known rogue cops are similarly registered and sightings alert citizens that there's a rogue in the area, much like sex offenders.

Citizens of Stockton, CA engage in a new crowd-funded, direct action against police brutality

STOCKTON - Citizens in Stockton, California have taken a new approach to activism.

Rather than sticking to the traditional form of protest in which signs are held and slogans are chanted, these citizens have taken direct action and offered a grassroots, crowd-funded incentive structure to end police brutality in their community.

They have offered a $2,500 reward to anybody who submits information leading to the arrest or termination of cops who brutalize or kill people.

They were able to let people know about the offer by printing all the details on flyers and spreading them throughout their community.

The flyer specifically names 15 cops as a start, and includes pictures of at least 10 cops who have been involved in either the brutalization or killing of Americans.

The words "Know Your Killer Cops" are printed on the flyers, along with instructions to film any police brutality and a location where the footage can be submitted.

"Stockton police have been getting away with terrorizing our citizens for far too long," the flyer says.

"It is time to take back our streets."

There is also a Stockton Police Department Corruption Reporting page on facebook where citizens can submit the footage.

The flyers were given out at the local courthouse and seem to have motivated citizens even more to start scrutinizing the actions of police.

With a $2,500 reward and with so many Americans unemployed, it is not hard to imagine many spending all day in the streets monitoring cops and starting their own patrols to earn the money.

One wonders what would happen if such a reward system was increased, offered nationwide, crowd-funded online, or funded by wealthy anti-authoritarians.

Suppose a secure website were started where people donated in a currency such as Bitcoin, the donations would be anonymously pooled and verified, and the pool is offered to the first person who submits information leading to the termination or arrest of a specific officer.

Knowing that the funds are available, it is virtually guaranteed that citizens would take heightened measures to crack down on criminal cops. It would also empower communities to believe that with adequate training and resources, they can protect themselves rather than relying on a police state.

Police are deeply concerned about the idea, however. Stockton Police Chief Eric Jones said that the flyer "appears to invite retribution against our officers."

"I'm concerned that the flyer might be intended to put officers at risk, which would be reprehensible, and it is sad and disheartening to see a flyer like this with a $2,500 bounty," he added.

He then alluded to the recent assassination of two NYPD officers, and expressed disappointment that such a flyer would be created in the wake of growing anti-police sentiment.

It is difficult to see why this flyer would worry officers. The worries could be understood if there were a crowd-funded system that offered to anonymously deliver currency to the first person who, say, assassinates a specific officer, but that would be illegal and the flyer is doing no such thing. It is simply asking for video footage of and information about cops who break the law.

One of the activists who passed out the flyer replied:

The flyer is just informing the public that these people should be monitored and watched, and that it's your right and responsibility to film the police. If there's nothing that was done wrong, there's nothing to be afraid of. If you're calling a reward for accountability and wrongdoing a "bounty," then that implies that somebody did something wrong. If there's nothing to hide, they would laugh at it, but they know it's serious. Their golden image is tarnished. This type of activism is not good for them and their image. That's why they don't care for it.

Now that the idea is spreading, other communities are sure to implement similar incentive structures to curb police brutality - indeed, it wouldn't be surprising if a grassroots program like this is started nationwide.

What do you think about this kind of direct action activism? Would you monitor cops more closely if it meant earning $2,500? What about $20,000? How do you think the details of such a program would work? Do you think it's inevitable that something like this will start to become popular and end police brutality? Let us know know your opinion after the video.
